What an agent has to do to get it
A series of classroom or online hours. Attend, pass, pay, done. No sales record required.
What it actually tells you
It means the agent sat through a lot of school. That is not nothing. Good agents take it early. It says almost nothing about whether they can sell your house for more money.

Walk me through the last disclosure problem you caught before it blew up a deal.
Where I stand on it
I do not hold these letters. I studied the material behind a lot of them, because the subjects are real and a seller pays for what I do not know. I never bought the initials. If a credential is ever shown to get sellers more money, I will earn it that day and put it on this page myself.
